The pipeline as a live WebGL scene, with a feed of signature-verified deliveries beside it.
NestJS backend in production: GitHub OAuth, JWT guards, HMAC-SHA256 verification, ETL normalization, idempotent Postgres writes via TypeORM.
The Repositories module installs and manages GitHub webhooks programmatically through the GitHub API — no manual settings step.
Deployed to Cloud Run by GitHub Actions authenticated with Workload Identity Federation — keyless, no service account keys.
Next.js + React Three Fiber frontend streams every delivery, GitHub → Guard → Transform → Postgres, into this kind of interactive 3D scene.
The console shows real, live public data — no account needed to look around.
